COVID-19 Statement


The National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses, Inc (NCGCC) will be following CDC guidance to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The NCGCC Board of Directors, COVID Protocol Team, and Event Planning Team will be working with state and local health officials to implement this guidance, adjusting to meet the unique needs and circumstances of the local community in Maryland.  

The NCGCC Official Board Meeting COVID Safety Protocol will be provided to all attendees 30 days prior to the event.

General Information


  • Member ($30), Delegate ($40), and Public/Visitor ($50) registration.

  • Visit https://2022ncgccboardmeetingregistration.eventbrite.com to register.

  • All NCGCC members are welcome to attend the board meeting.

  • As a reminder, each Union/Chapter may select three (3) Delegates.

    1. If you union/chapter has a national officer(s) you are allowed one additional delegate for a total of four (4) Delegates.

    2. All delegates must go through chapter verification to ensure they have been approved to represent the interests of their chapter at the board meeting.

    3. Delegates vote and sanction the NCGCC business proposals for adoption and implementation. They also determine the slate of candidates for Board of Director and National Officer open, elected positions. There is much work at hand! Delegate training will be provided once verification has been received.

Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2022 Annual Board Meeting of the National Convention of Gospel Choirs & Choruses, Inc. in Linthicum Heights, MD. Registration information will come on a later date. Check back soon for updates!

All NCGCC members are welcome to attend the National Board meeting. As a reminder, each Union/Chapter may select three (3) Delegates – four (4) Delegates if one of the three delegates is also a National Officer – to represent their interests at the board meeting.

Delegates vote and sanction the NCGCC business proposals for adoption and implementation. They also determine the slate of candidates for Board of Director and National Officer open, elected positions. All Union/Chapter presidents and their delegates are strongly encouraged to attend the National Board Meeting.
